Darcy
Hi, I’m Darcy! I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2020 and began teaching group fitness classes in the past year.
As a lifelong athlete and active mom of two energetic boys, I’m passionate about staying strong and moving in all kinds of ways. While strength training is my foundation, I am able to be challenged through different fitness modalities—Pilates, yoga, running, biking, and pickleball are some of my favorites.
Before becoming a trainer, I was a kindergarten teacher, and I truly enjoy blending my love of teaching with my passion for fitness to help others feel confident, capable, and strong.

Courtney
I found my passion for group fitness when my son was a baby and I was seeking community. As I got stronger, I felt inspired to become certified in Fit4Mom and as a personal trainer. Now, I’m driven to help others discover their strength and fall in love with movement. My goal is for everyone to leave my classes feeling empowered and strong, inside and out. I specialize in strength training, yoga sculpt, vinyasa, and yin yoga. I love knitting, nature walks, indulging in trashy TV shows, trying new recipes, hanging with my family, and doing energy healing work.
