Full Body Strength

Full Body Strength is a balanced, muscle-building workout designed to target every major muscle group. Using a mix of free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, this class focuses on proper form, control, and progressive strength gains.



Expect a mix of compound movements, functional training, and core work to leave you feeling stronger, more stable, and empowered. All fitness levels welcome.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt combines the mindfulness of yoga with strength training for a full-body workout. Set to upbeat music, this class blends breath-based flow with light weights, bodyweight resistance, and bursts of cardio to boost endurance and build lean muscle.


Expect to sweat, stretch, and strengthen—all in one empowering session. Great for all levels looking to energize their practice.



Barre

Barre is a low-impact, high-rep workout that blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training for a full-body burn. Using light weights, small movements, and isometric holds, this class targets arms, core, glutes, and legs to build strength and improve posture.



Set to energizing music, Barre is designed to tone, sculpt, and challenge muscles you didn’t know you had—all levels welcome, no dance experience needed!

COMMIT


COMMIT Dance Fitness is a fun, dynamic, HIIT style dance workout. Some routines include essential fitness elements, some are more dance focused and others with a focus on body weight sculpting. Our setlist includes genres from all over the world including hip-hop, top 40 and more! All fitness levels welcomed.

Strength Foundations

New to weights or ready for a reset?  STRENGTH FOUNDATIONS breaks down the basics of free-weight training in a welcoming, supportive small-group setting. Offered twice per month, this class provides guidance on proper form, appropriate weight selection, foundational movements and options that meet you where you are.  Class sizes are limited to six participants.

UpBeat Pilates and Barre are high-energy, music-driven workouts. UpBeat Pilates blends classic Pilates with dynamic, full-body movement. Expect core-focused exercises, light resistance, and cardio bursts—all set to an energizing playlist. This fast-paced class improves strength, posture, and flexibility, with options for all levels.
