Do I need to bring my own mat?

We do provide mats for each class, however if you have one that you love, please feel free to bring it!

What do I wear on my feet?

You can wear whatever you are comfortable in. Many members prefer to workout barefoot, or in grip socks, while others prefer sneakers. As long as they are clean and dry, you can wear what you please.

Do you provide water?

Please bring your own water bottle, we have two water fountains that you can fill up with.

Do you accept walk-ins?

It's best to make a reservation for a class, you can do so on our app or website.

I'm new to fitness, are your classes hard?

All of our instructors are trained professionals that will offer options during class to make each workout all levels approved!

Where do I park?

We are so happy to offer free parking! We have 3 dedicated spots right in front of our doors, as well as going up and down both sides near M&T Bank. You can ignore the 30 minute parking warning signs :)

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your class up to 4 hours in advance with no fee. Cancelling your class less than 4 hours before the start of class will result in a $10 fee. A no-show will result in a $15 fee.

Do you offer heated classes?

No, we do not offer heated classes. No "hot yoga" or "hot Pilates" classes here.

Can I still take class if I'm a little  late?

Out of respect and safety for your fellow classmates and trainers, classes start on time and we encourage you to arrive before we begin to avoid interruption of the class flow. We do understand that life is busy and you may need to pop in a little late or leave a little early on occasion. Please avoid these interruptions when possible. 

How does the waitlist work?

Our waitlists help ensure members have the best chance to secure a class spot. If a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis, up to 30 minutes before the class begins. If you can’t attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid automatic enrollment and penalties. Removing yourself allows others the opportunity to join. You can do this at any time without a fee. Once in the class, our no-show/late cancellation policy applies.


What should I know about my first visit?

Welcome to Wild Soul Fitness. We can’t wait to move with you! Please arrive 15 minutes before your first class so we can give you a tour of the space and help you get you familiar with the studio amenities. All you need to bring is workout clothes and a water bottle. We provide your mat and all equipment needed for the class. 


Can I put my membership on hold?

Yes, members with a 6 month contract can freeze up to 4 weeks per term, and those on a 12 month contract can freeze up to 8 weeks per term. You must be freezing your membership for 2 weeks or longer. Please provide a minimum of six (6) days’ notice to ensure your account is not automatically charged. Please contact us at info@wildsoulfitness.com to put your account on hold.
